So excited to have our sexy routine classes back. Its a fun way to burn calories and its a fabulous gift for your significant other! We do a different routine each month.. Come put your sexy halloween costume to work!!

Starts Next Tuesday 7-8p $50 all 3 weeks.. each week you will build on to what you have already learned!! Then the last week you can bring all your props to practice with!! Dont forget the heels!!!

We are bring back the oldies but goodies .. the classes we used to teach that were the most popular! Come check out the new ones along with the regulars. Here is description of the new additions!!

Bed Body Beauty™- 45min

This class mixes Pilates, exotic floor moves, and yoga styles for the ultimate sensual toning class. We focus on the elements of the body that are used to create a stronger, healthier, sexier body for your nights with your man or future man to be. Concentration is on inner thighs, lower abs, arms and back. 45mins. A mat is required for this class.
Broadway Burlesque-- 60 mins
learn dance moves and routines inspired by your favorite sexy broadway shows: themes such as: Dirty Dancing, Chicago, and Caberet!

Exotic Routine Session- 60 mins.
We begin class with a fun warm up , sexy toning exercises and then lead into exotic choreography. Its time for your dress rehearsal before your performance for your special someone. There is a new routine each month. Just think a whole year of striptease .What more could your man ask for? Woohoo!

Naughty Yogalates- 60mins
Fusing Yoga & Pilates for the ultimate toning and stretching work out with a lil fun sex appeal:) Must bring your own mat!
